As the meeting days slow down in the 2017 class contact period, Michigan's mentors are making their last push.
They've gone by the majority of their uncommitted targets and went through this evening with one.
Good country Springs, Va., three-star hostile handle Mekhi Becton was playing in a b-ball game with U-M mentor Jim Harbaugh and U-M hostile organizer/hostile line mentor Tim Drevno courtside. They were joined by 2017 favored stroll on Jess Speight, who is Wilton's more youthful sibling, and lives in Richmond. Good country Springs is on the edges of Richmond.

At 6-foot-8, 330 pounds, Becton would in a split second push Michael Onwenu for the greatest player on the group, yet watching him play ball gives Harbaugh and Drevno a vibe for his physicality.

Becton is a three-star hostile handle positioned as the country's No. 42 handle as per 247 Sports.

U-M may need to make a solid impression as Becton's tweets shown he making the most of his official visit to Virginia Tech a weekend ago.
He formally went by Michigan the few days of Nov. 5 and has since taken outings to Louisville and Tech. He's planned to visit Oregon one weekend from now and told Rivals.com he may visit Michigan State amid the week.
Virginia went to him on Monday.
