Arrest Made In Greenon Bomb Threat

The Clark County Sheriff's office has made a capture taking after last Thursday's bomb danger at Greenon High School

"We have captured an adolescent and he is being taken to imprison," said Clark County Sheriff Gene Kelly.

The adolescent will be accused of actuating frenzy.

On Thursday May 12, 2016 at roughly 9:42 AM, the Clark County Sheriff's Office Educational Support Officer doled out to Greenon Local Schools was made mindful of a bomb danger at Greenon High School. The composed danger was situated inside one of the kid's lavatories at the school. The composed message cautioned of a two bombs being in the school booked to go off at 11:00 AM. Clark County Sheriff Deputies, alongside Greenon High School workers cleared understudies from the school. Understudies were moved to the football field of the secondary school.

When understudies were securely far from the secondary school, an exhaustive pursuit of the building was directed. Notice to the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Bomb Squad and Dayton International Airport Police Bomb Squad was made and bomb –sniffing puppies later helped with seeking the inside and outside of the secondary school. Distraught Township Fire/Rescue work force were summoned and arranged at the secondary school as a prudent step. After a total hunt of the secondary school, no gadgets, or explosives of any sort were found.

In light of the planning of the departure, school authorities sent the understudies home for the rest of the day.

A Detective and the Educational Support Officer started an examination concerning the reported bomb danger. Over the span of the examination, it was uncovered the male understudy who reported finding the bomb danger was in charge of composing it.
