Greensboro College professor finds increased fruit and vegetable intake not associated with improved weight loss

Will eating more leafy foods help you lose more weight?

Not really, a Greensboro College teacher has found.

Anna Peluso and three different scientists took a gander at 151 overweight and large ladies who were taking after an endorsed, calorie-limited eating regimen to get in shape however were not particularly attempting to eat more products of the soil.
