US slaps sanctions on Russia, expels 35 diplomats

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama has forced authorizes on Russian authorities and knowledge benefits in striking back for Russia's obstruction in the U.S. presidential decision by hacking American political locales and email accounts.
