Ivanka's most prominent elements among his patients are her bosoms, nose and face shape, Rose told ABC.
Take Tiffany Taylor, 33. She's gone under Rose's blade on a few events with a specific end goal to look more like Donald Trump's Jewish girl, a previous model, costing her about $60,000.
"I like Ivanka Trump's great components, and that is what I'm somewhat displaying the care for," said Taylor, a Donald Trump supporter.

"I can't in any way, shape or form support his conduct despite the fact that I have generally voted Republican … so I voted in favor of Hillary."
