Miss Iceland quits pageant after being told to lose weight

LAS VEGAS - Miss Iceland pulled back from a global stunner exhibition this week after she guarantees that the event's proprietor fat-disgraced her.

Arna Ýr Jónsdóttir, 20, was delegated Miss Iceland in 2015 and was contending in the Miss Grand International expo, which was held Wednesday evening in Las Vegas. As per The Daily Beast, Jónsdóttir said she got a message from expo staff that read: "Quit having breakfast, have recently plate of mixed greens for lunch and drink water each night until the challenge. (The show proprietor) is letting you know this since he loves you and needs you to do well in this challenge."

Thai TV have Nawat Itsaragrisil, the president and proprietor of the exhibition, affirmed to The Independent that when Jónsdóttir requested proposals for the finals, she was informed that she was a "tad bit fat" and she ought to attempt to lose some weight to enhance her odds in the show. He said his staff give a similar counsel to different challengers. Itsaragrisil asserted that Jónsdóttir submitted photographs of herself in which she looked slimmer and more wonderful than she did face to face.
