Video shows Nikhil Reddy walking without aid

Hyderabad: A video demonstrating Nikhil Reddy, who experienced a surgery to expand his stature, strolling without the assistance of a walker has circulated around the web. He had told a panel of orthopedic specialists, on November 19 that he was not ready to make even a couple strides and was in extraordinary torment. Mr Reddy's dad had recorded a protest before the Telangana State Medical Council against Dr Chandra Bhushan who had played out the surgery which left the geek not able to try and walk seven months after the surgery. The chamber had not long ago suspended the specialist. Mr Reddy said that he could stroll because of the exhortation of his new specialists. In any case, some orthopedic specialists questioned his claim.

A senior orthopedic specialist said, "He declined to walk when Dr Chandra Bhushan had started the physiotherapy program two months prior. The advisory group of ortho-paedic pros — Dr V.S. Reddy, Dr V.B.N. Prasad, Dr B. Babu and Dr Ravindrananth and restorative administrator of Global Hospitals, Dr Ananth Mohan Pai — was set up to screen Mr Reddy's condition. The gathering of specialists analyzed him twice. The video of his strolling has maddened some orthopedic specialists and different specialists. They say the patient was not co-agent and deliberately postponed the way toward strolling till the chamber made a move against Dr Bhushan.
