Charge issued after bullet hits Lowell-area home

Terrific RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A seeker blamed for discharging a shot that experienced a family's Lowell-region home will confront a wrongdoing accusation, powers say.

The Kent County Prosecutor's Office said it issued a charge of inconsiderate release of a gun bringing about property harm over $50. On the off chance that indicted, the seeker could confront a year in prison.

Powers say they are organizing the suspect, whose name has not yet been discharged, to turn himself in. As of Monday evening, it wasn't yet clear when that would happen.

The shot was discharged on the morning of Nov. 20 from a lush territory off M-21, west of the town of Lowell. The projectile struck a house in an adjacent subdivision, tearing through four dividers. A pregnant lady and her two youthful children were home at the time, yet weren't hurt.

The proprietor of the property where sheriff's representatives found the seeker told 24 Hour News 8 he had not given anybody authorization to go chasing there utilizing a gun.
