Former Sales Consultant Represented by Nichols Kaster, PLLP Files Overtime Lawsuit Against Body Sculpt International, LLC d/b/a Sono Bello

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, December 02, 2016/24-7PressRelease/ — On November 29, 2016, a previous patient administer to Body Sculpt International, Inc. ("Body Sculpt") d/b/a Sono Bello, documented a proposed aggregate activity claim in Georgia government court looking for extra minutes compensation. Sono Bello is a restorative corrective office that has some expertise in body countering and facial revival, offering administrations, for example, laser-helped liposuction and wrinkle lessening.

The claim affirms that Body Sculpt/Sono Bello misclassified its patient care advisors as excluded from the Fair Labor Standards Act's (FLSA) additional time prerequisites, and therefore, neglected to pay them extra time compensation when they worked more than forty (40) hours in a week's worth of work. The claim looks to recoup unpaid wages, in addition to exchanged (twofold) harms. This case is entitled, Esteppe v. Body Sculpt International, LLC d/b/a Sono Bello, Court File No. 1:16-cv-04407 (Northern District of Georgia).

Offended party's lawyer Matthew C. Helland expressed, "Sono Bello's patient care experts are planned to work extended periods, and reliably function admirably more than 40 hours in a week. By misclassifying their specialists as absolved workers, Sono Bello does not pay its advisors extra minutes pay we trust they are owed. Through this claim, we look to get them the compensation they are owed under the law."

The offended parties for the situation are spoken to by Matthew C. Helland and Brittany Bachman Skemp, from Nichols Kaster, PLLP, which has workplaces in Minneapolis, Minnesota and San Francisco, California.
