Driven by Palmi Thorsson (13 focuses) and Tervon Bonitto (10 focuses), the Lions crushed the Wildcats 61-53.

"We battled now and again, yet I'll take this," said Broadfording mentor Brad Spielman. "In general however, a win is a win, particularly when you play short of what we felt prepared to do."

The Lions (7-1) bounced out to a mid 9-0 lead, however the Wildcats (2-3) could battle back to force it inside four toward the end of the quarter.

In general for Spielman and the Lions, beating Williamsport is a decent achievement.

"Toward the end of the diversion I saw a considerable measure of fervor from them. They were upbeat like they had won a competition, so it implies a considerable measure to them."
